About Us

The Blue Devils are a registered non-profit organization, which is entirely run and operated by volunteer members. The Blue Devils offer competitive football for boys and girls aged 5-14, and Cheerleading for girls aged 6-14. The Blue Devils are governed by a member chosen executive board consisting of a President, Vice-President, Treasurer, and Secretary. On field operations are supervised by the Head Varsity Football Coach and the Cheerleading Coordinator.

The Blue Devils are funded in part by the City of Absecon, however; a majority of the operating funds are raised through fundraising drives and player/cheerleader registrations.(to donate to the Absecon Blue Devils email abseconbluedevil@gmail.com).

All of the Blue Devils coaches’ are current certified members of the National Youth Sports Coaches Association and are fingerprinted and background checked. The teams are led by experienced coaches who are not only active with the Blue Devils but in many other areas of the Absecon Community. All Blue Devil coaches are committed to teaching kids the correct safe way to play the game of football, as well as the lessons of sportsmanship, work ethic, fair play, teamwork, and discipline.

The Blue Devils play and practice at the Charles Norris Football Complex, named after Blue Devils founder Charlie Norris. The Blue Devils Clubhouse is state of the art and offers Absecon players many advantages over the competition. The Blue Devils are always upgrading their equipment to provide the best and safest environment for the players.
